About Us
We are a family run business that was set up in 2020 during the pandemic, and after I had to retire at the age of 52 due to health problems. I knew that I was going to go mad if I had nothing to do, and myself and my two Daughters, Paige 31 and Aimee 26 loved wax melts and would spend a massive amount of money buying them. We thought why not try and make our own,I mean "how hard could it be" So thats what we did. Initially we just made them for friends and family who gave amazing feed back, so we decided to make more and try selling through other channels. Skip forward to today, and we now do a Market stall 3 days a week and have a much larger range of products. We all have our positions in the business, although I am not able to help as much as I would like. My partner Mark runs the market stalls each week, and the girls do the making. We love what we do and have a lot of lovely returning customers, if not for them we could not keep going., We strive to ensure that our Customer Service goes above and beyond. If customers are not happy with a product they have bought, we work with them to find a fast and suitable resolution.
